Rules for cancellations and refunds for MyBots services

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for MyBots services. Customers can request a refund within 14 days of a one-time purchase and within 14 days of a subscription renewal charge.

1. Subscription cancellation

1.1. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings or by contacting support.

1.2. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current paid period.

1.3. Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for the current charge. A refund is available when the request is submitted within the 14-day window described in this policy.

2. Refund window

A refund request is eligible when submitted within:

  • 14 days from the date of a one-time transaction;
  • 14 days from the date on which the subscription was last renewed.

3. How to request a refund

3.1. Send a request to service@mybots.pro from the account email and include payment date and amount.

3.2. Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window are not eligible for refund.

3.3. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time is 5-10 business days.

This refund policy applies to all MyBots paid services processed through Paddle.
